How the Contest Works:

Nivrams Bookshelf will host two mystery contests simultaneously.  The contest is derived from our two current novels, "Knock Knock, Whooz There?" and "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto", each of which are made up of three books, 2,3,&4 and 5,6,&7 all of which are cropped from Robbyn Marvyn's Blood On My Hands/Ghetto Tales 18 Book Series.

How These Novels Will Be Released

​-Books 2&5 of both urban tales--Knock Knock Book 2 & Sweet Prince of the Ghetto Book 5-- will introduce the mystery contest. 

- Books 3&6 of both urban tales will officially start the contest.

- Books 4&7 of both urban tales will bring the contest to an end.

​

Notably, Book 1 of the Series, The Holy Ghetto will start the Ghetto Tale Series.

Each urban tale will be released quarterly.  Every 90 days, except as otherwise noted, a new release will come out starting from the date of the first and/or last novel.

A New release date, which will begin the contest, due to logistical issues, will begin June 15th, 2023. On that date revised versions of Knock Knock Whooz There Book 2, and Sweet Prince of the Ghetto Book 5, along with The Holy Ghetto Book 1 will be released.

​WINNERS

 

 

​The individual who solves the mystery, identifying Knock Knock's true identity will win $10,000.

​

The individual who solves the mystery of how Brick got inside the trunk will receive $5,000.

 

 

The individual who solves the mystery of who is blackmailing Rory will win $10,000.

 

 

 

MORE PRIZES

 

Nivrams Bookshelf is also giving away a free one year lease to a 2024 GT Bentley Coupe to the individual who purchases the 100,000th copy of either Books 2, 3, or 4 of "Knock Knock, Whooz There?"​

Nivrams Bookshelf is sponsoring the prize to live free for ONE year to the individual who purchases the 100,000th copy of either Book 5, 6, or 7 of "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto".  There will be a date on which the name of either winner will be posted, in the event one is picked, on the Nivrams Bookshelf website and on all other social media platforms.

**Note: Nivrams Bookshelf reserves the right to determine a feasible, monthly living stipend, not on the basis of a reasonable amount of mortgage paid for one year.**

​PROOF OF PURCHASE

​

Contest winners will be required to provide, upon acceptance of their prize, authentic proof of purchase of either Book 2, 3, or 4 of Knock Knock.

​

To win the 100,000th prize, winner need only provide that particular invoice as proof of purchase for that particular book.

​

 

 

CLUES

Nivrams Bookshelf heavily encourages winners for either contest, which is why we'll post different cartoon image clues. Not only do we want to help our audience solve the mystery, but we want to make our readers' experience of reading our novels as enjoyable as possible. 

 

 

CHAT LINE

​​A chat line will also be available for our readers to discuss clues and any other topics they wish to discuss, with Nivrams Bookshelf staff.

​

​WHO CAN ENTER​

The contest is open to all citizens of the United States, including but not limited to Canada and the United Kingdom.  Any age group, gender, race, etc. is permitted to enter. 

​

Individuals affiliated with Nivrams Bookshelf (employees, staff, etc.) are not allowed to participate.  This includes inmates at FCI Miami, where the author was once incarcerated.  

​

Nivrams Bookshelf reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of cheating and/or violating any of these rules and regulations as specified herein.  This rule also applies to editors, proofreaders, and anyone that Nivrams Bookshelf deems has had some participation in bringing the project to fruition.

​

Winners of the 100,000th prize will be required to show a valid Driver's License; driver's restrictions and identification cards are NOT accepted. 

 

Winners of the GT Bentley will also be required to follow all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.  Nivrams Bookshelf reserves the right to cancel the yearly agreement with the potential winner at any point and time if they feel that the leader/winner is abusing any laws and/or not using the vehicle and /or residence in good faith.  Also, the GT Bentley winner renting privileges cannot in any way, shape, or form participate in any illegal activity.  These rules apply to the 100,000th life free for ONE year winner also. Each winner will have an obligation to comply with Federal and State laws.

​CONTEST START DATE

​

The contest will officially start on June 14, 2023, following the release of Part I of "Knock Knock, Whooz There?" and "Blood on My Hands".  Right now we are ironing out all the kinks while giving our audience a sneak peek of the making of the project.  However, readers are free to start ordering their copies of the first novel(s) to jump start the contest.  The release dates for Books 2, 3, &4 of "Knock Knock, Whooz There?" and "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto Books 5,6, & 7" will be posted accordingly to contest rules. 

 

 

CONTEST ENTRY DEADLINE

 

All entries must be submitted by May 1, 2024, and postmarked on or before that date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE ENTRIES

​​​All late contest entries must be submitted no later than May 1, 2024, and/or postmarked before that date and must be accompanied by a $5.00 late fee charge.  The mystery contest for both novels will be concluded at that time. 

​

In the event that Nivrams Bookshelf Publishing has received the 100,000th winner for either "Knock Knock, Whooz There?" or "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto", those contests will be concluded at that point as well.

​

However, in the event that the 100,000th reader to either contest has not been reached by May 1st, that portion of the contest will continue until June 15, 2024.  After such date said contest will end, whether the 100,000th winner has been decided or not.

 

FUNDING

 

​​​This content is funded by you, Nivrams Bookshelf's reading audience.  It is you and how well you support this project that will not only determine its success but also whether or not future projects similar to this one will be held in the future.  Check our website for future upcoming releases and events.

RELEASE DATES​

​

As stated above Books 2 & 3 of "Knock Knock, Whooz There?" and Books 5 & 6 of "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto" will be released on June 15, 2023.  Book 4, the finale of "Knock Knock, Whooz There" and Book 7 of "Sweet Prince of the Ghetto" will be released on June 1, 2024.

WINNERS

 

​Winners of both contests, names will be announced and posted on the Nivrams Bookshelf website on or before July 15, 2024, just in time for christmas.

​​Nivrams Bookshelf Publishing would like to announce that there are no guarantees to anyone who enters either contest to be a winner.  Furthermore, Nivrams Bookshelf does not make any promises to anyone that they'll be a winner of any sort.  Nivrams Bookshelf is not responsible for any loss of receipts, damaged merchandise, entry forms, etc.  Furthermore, the fact that Nivrams Bookshelf is hosting said contest does not condone any illegal activity taken by contest participants.

To obtain either prize, the winner must show proof of purchase of either novel, along with a legal name and accurate contact information, and present an authentic entry form at the time of the entry of claiming either prize.

HOW MANY COPIES CAN I PURCHASE?

Any contestant may purchase as many copies of either book as they desire.  There are absolutely no limits on the quantity of books.

 

 

THE VEHICLE

​

Nivrams Bookshelf reserves the right to visit and/or purchase the GT Bentley Coupe from any reputable dealership in the country.  In addition, the winner of the vehicle will have the privilege of selecting the color of the vehicle.  However, the winner of this prize will also have to abide by the dealership's lease requirements, and failur to meet such requirements can result in disqualification.

 

In the case of the live free for ONE year winner, the winner will reserve the right to have Nivrams Bookshelf pay their mortgage for the residence in which they currently reside for one year or chose another residence in which to reside.  Please note, however, that Nivrams Bookshelf reserves the right to deny monies toward mortgage or living choice that it deems to be too excessive.
